The Women's Leadership Summit (WLS) is a two day personal and professional development program presented by the University of North Texas Dallas Foundation for women of distinction to share their experiences and learn from each other. This summit for trailblazing females celebrates women in leadership positions and creates a dialogue that helps attendees to navigate their path to success. Notable speakers and interactive workshops will be presented to a unique gathering of women leaders. Retired State Representative, Helen Giddings, chairs the WLS Hosting Committee.

Queen Cora is the resident Featured Performing Artist for the Women’s Leadership Summit. Live at the historic Statler Hotel in Dallas, Texas, the 2019 performance included a 26-piece ensemble consisting of a drum line, dancers, tuba, violin/viola, trumpet, sax/ewi, timpani/percussion, 5 background vocalists, 2 lead vocalists, hand drums, guitar, bass, organ and piano.
